Wuhan city is the capital of Hubei province in Southeast China. It is one of the most populous cities in the country with more than 19 million residents. Wuhan was founded in 1927 from the unification of three towns, Wuchang, Hankou, and Hanyang. Wuhan’s climate is temperate. It has cold winters and hot, rainy summers.
With its strategic location at the confluence of the Yangtze Delta and Han rivers, the city has become a center of transportation playing an important role in the delivery of goods in and out of China. Wuhan is one of the most progressive cities in China. It is considered the industrial and commercial hub in China with major industries thriving in the city.
