About Changchun University of Science and Technology

Changchun University of Science and Technology was founded by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1958. The scientist and academician, Mr. Wang Dazhao was the founder and first dean of the university. Since its founding, the university has been affiliated to the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the National Defense Science and Technology Commission, the Ministry of Machinery, Machinery, Electrical, and Mechanical Services, and the General Corporation of Weapons Industry.

The university has three campuses with a land area of ​​718,000 square meters. It has 11 schools, 14 liberal arts colleges, law schools, graduate schools, distance learning, and continuing education colleges and more. Changchun University of Science and Technology is a higher institution that is big on research. In fact, it has seven schools under the direct supervision of scientific research institutions.

Changchun University of Science and Technology is the first university to train optical professionals. Location

Changchun University of Science and Technology (CUST) is located in Changchun, the capital of Jilin Province. Changchun is situated in the center part of Northeast China.
